To Do List

Like I said a few days ago, I'm compiling a to-do list of what I need to do with this site before the grand re-opening. I will add some things to this list as the days go on, and I'll cross them off as I finish them.

1. Update new link exchanges
2. Create banners for previous winners
3. Rework template a bit
4. Finish HTML coding
5. Get rid of un-updated blogs (>30 days since update)
6. Get rid of blogs who have gotten rid of me

as I wrote here and on THE COUCH, I never expected anything but for you to keep the site current.

i did not consider the hits...you can not guarantee them, but as you were not keeping current with sending out badges and posting a BESTEST every day, it felt like the place was closed down.

I have always been a supporter and will be again when you reopen.

I'm looking forward to the link exchange being back up and running. If I could make a suggestion, perhaps you could have an easy to find email link so that people can send you links there, in one centralized spot, rather than having them gathered through comments. Also it would be an easy place for people to email you regarding blogs in your directory that are no longer up.

I do really like the hide/show PPP ads link you have at the top of your page.

bobby before you take down links that have donated please let us see what your site will be like and give us a chance to make a decision then. you know i have supported you all along but got really upset over all the mess. i frankly don't know what i am going to do yet, but i still think we deserve a chance to see what you do. sound fair??? bee

The 16th is quickly approaching have you made any progress on your to do list? It seems as though the hits from the random blog button have gone away again. Let us know how you're doing.

I just checked my feedburner stats and my hits from the random blog button are down 33%. Hope that helps!
