Well, officially consider me in the home buyer's market. My wife and I have been shopping around and just trying to get an idea of what type of home we might be able to afford at this point. It sure beats the heck out of renting and basically wasting all that money every month. The tricky thing are the loans
. Most places say you should get preapproved for any mortgage application
. The problem is that with us moving soon and finding new jobs, we aren't able to give them our salary figures since we don't have the job yet. We're hoping to buy a home that is new enough that we won't have to renovate at all and worry about a home improvement loan
. And hopefully our jobs will be good enough that we don't worry about a remortgage quote
either. Also, there are something called secured loans
, but I don't know much about them.
