Heroines and Heros
Another great new idea for promoting the blogosphere. I think Annelisa describes her own blog the best, so here it is: "A Blogging poem about interesting or fun places I've been in the blogosphere - My new blogging friends"

Whenever she finds a blog she likes, she writes a rhyming couplet about the blog and includes a link. This is a very poetic and creative way of spreading the word on blogs you like! Here is the couplet for my blog:
"Focal point of many voices,
This canny dude will give you choices."
Not bad, not bad at all. In fact, it's great!

So, if you're looking for some new blogs to read today, first go read some of Annelisa's poetry at "Heroines and Heros" and click on the links that appeal to you. Leave her a comment with some words of encouragement and an invitation to visit your blog...then maybe her next poem will be about you!

Been on a bit of a hiatus, but I had to break that to write this post.  This may be the bestest blog, but I think I just found the bestest gift ideas site .  Ok, imagine this.  You need to get a gift for your aunt from Cleveland.  You know she likes the Cleveland Browns and quilting, but that's about it.
