You know the Lending Tree slogan "When banks complete, you win"? Well, imagine if not only banks were competing to give you a loan, but other people as well. That is the idea behidn Zone of Possible Agreement (ZOPA) loans. This idea of online loans is already successful in the UK and will launch in the US soon. Got some extra money? Why not loan it out and make some interest on it (more than a bank will give you). ZOPA takes care of all the details (for a small fee) and you just sit back and wait for your money to be repaid. This idea really makes sense from both sides of the loaning process...good thinking guys!
