Bestest Blog of the Day: 07/21/2006

Spread Your Smile!
The idea behind this blog is simple: "Smiles are contagious...it's time to infect the world!"

All you do is email Jean-Paul a photo of yourself smiling, and he puts it up (anonymously, of course, your email or other personal info is not attached). I have to admit that seeing all the people he already has up did make me smile, and that's not just the new job shining through.

Since I think this is such a cute idea, I'm gonna give my readers a little extra motivation to send in their pictures. I am going to award the prize of "Bestest Blog of the Day" for sometime next week to someone who clearly features a reference to my blog in their photo (i.e. computer monitor, piece of paper, BE CREATIVE!...if you want to use a shortened URL you can use BestestBlog.com). In the event that multiple people participate (and I'm not sure if that's a safe assumption or not), ties will be broken on the basis of creativity. But all participants will have an extra link to their site put up under a "Runners Up" category on the day the award is given. Be sure to come back here and leave a comment when you submit a picture so I'll know how to recognize you (e.g. "I'm the one who's holding a pumpkin with BestestBlog.com carved into the side, haha yeah right")!

So please check out Jean-Paul's "Spread Your Smile" to brighten your day...and don't forget to (pictorally) tell him that "Bestest Blog" sent you!

You're right, Spread Your Smile is cute and the smiles are contageous! And yes, I'm accepting the challenge. If Jean-Paul posts it, mine would be the only digital drawing so far.

Congrats on the new job. Teacher eh? You're not going to grade me on this, are you :)
